Challenge:

• Educate TA (18-24 yrs.) about the use of customized hair conditioners 

• Sample multi-variant Sunsilk conditioners to increase trials



Solution:

The ‘Google generation’ prefers to discover products on their own, in conjunction with friends / social media.
Idea: prompt  TA to discover the sample through interaction & education. Using her mobile phone and a mobile savvy vending machine, she could create her customised sample, delivered instantaneously.



Results:

•  In 6 days, 1700 girls discovered customized conditioner samples
• 1 minute active involvement + 5 minutes of discussion with friends regarding hair types
• Model getting replicated across retail stores
